A resident of Woodland Park

With roots in The Bronx, Ron has served Passaic County as a Councilman, Democratic Municipal Chair, and board member of the Alfred Baumann Free Public Library, where he co-managed a $3 million renovation project. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and as a small business owner, Ron has guided thousands on their career paths and successfully scaled teams for high-growth businesses in the start-up industry. From humble beginnings to leading transformative initiatives, his journey has been a testament to resilience, perseverance, and a deep commitment to results. Ron's leadership will make him a strong advocate for the people of New Jersey.
